Investment begins at $2,575
Your service begins upon hire and includes up to 6 client-planner meetings and 3 vendor meetings for a stress-free planning experience, a comprehensive checklist to keep you on track, vendor coordination and contract review, a detailed timeline for a seamless wedding day, and a personal online wedding dashboard to keep the details easily accessible.

On your wedding day, your lead coordinator and assistant will be there for up to 10 hours to manage the logistics and ensure your day runs smoothly, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy the celebration.
​In addition to everything included in Essentials, we'll develop a comprehensive wedding design plan to ensure your celebration feels intentional from Save the Dates to tablescapes, signage, and everything in between.
Beginning with your inspiration and our design meeting, we'll create a custom design deck featuring mood boards, your color palette, inspiration imagery, tablescape concepts, ceremony inspiration, floral direction, rental suggestions, floorplan recommendations, and key design details.

We'll also provide curated recommendations for florists, rental companies, and other creative partners who align with your design direction. You'll walk away with a clear, cohesive design plan and the resources needed to bring that vision to life.
