I know why you're here ... kind of. Maybe you're engaged, or you could be planning a wedding celebration that comes after your elopement. You might be planning ahead of your upcoming engagement. Whatever your situation, you're wondering if I'm someone - maybe THE one - you can see yourself spending hours and weeks and months alongside as we plan one of your most significant days as a couple.

I could tell you that wedding planning is my second act. That I earned a Public Relations degree from WSU then spent decades investing in my community through volunteer work. That I homeschooled my four kids. That I spent years volunteering in a public relations capacity, and also serving on boards and creating a successful homeschool co-op. That I invested in education specific to the industry and hold certifications in wedding planning, floor plan creation, and timeline creation.

Or, I could let you know that I'm a dog person. And a cat person. That I love to travel, whether to the next town over or across contintents. I especially love the ocean and try to walk barefoot on the beach and breathe in the salty air as soon as I arrive.

Instead, I'll share my favorite part of the weddings I design:

it's the detail that shares your special moments with each of your guests, whether they realize it or it's a secret just for you two.

 

It's your grandma's teacups on your sweetheart table. The dessert table treat that you remember baking with your dad as a child. A dish from your first date recreated as part of your dinner. A vendor team selected because each one aligns with your shared values.

 

I believe the best weddings begin with real connection. I take the time to get to know you, both as individuals and as a couple.  Maybe it's my PR background, but I believe

everyone has a story worth telling, and getting to tell yours is the best part of my job.
